Her Excellency has extensive experience in human resource management, policies, strategies, financial affairs, digital transformation, and information and communications technology, along with exceptional leadership skills. She possesses an analytical mindset and over 28 years of experience in the fields of information and communications technology, government transformation, postal services, and public administration.
She demonstrates a high level of communication skills, engaging effectively with senior government officials, executive management teams in companies, leadership in the private sector, civil society organizations, charitable and volunteer associations, international agencies, and experts. She has outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a variety of work environments.
She currently holds the position of Secretary General for Administrative and Financial Affairs at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship. She has previously served as Director of Administrative Affairs and Minister’s Office Manager at the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (formerly the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology).
