Trial Opening of the Government Services Center in North Amman
The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship announced the trial opening of the Government Services Center in North Amman, in a step aimed at facilitating citizens’ access to government services within a modern and integrated service environment.
The center provides 116 government services through 23 government institutions, enabling citizens to complete their transactions in one place with high efficiency, while saving time and effort.
The center is located in Abu Nseir – Ghazi Al-Qudah Street, opposite Halima Al-Rayan Mosque, serving residents of the area and nearby communities. It operates within the model of Government Services Centers that bring together several government entities in one location.
The launch of the center comes as part of the government’s ongoing efforts to develop and improve the quality of services provided to citizens, and to enhance the customer experience through Government Services Centers that adopt the comprehensive service model and utilize digital solutions to simplify procedures and accelerate transaction processing.
The Ministry confirmed that the trial opening aims to ensure the readiness of services and the efficiency of procedures before the official launch, in order to provide a distinguished service experience that meets citizens’ needs.
