The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship holds a workshop on the Jordanian strategy for artificial intelligence

The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship held a workshop for the Jordanian strategy for artificial intelligence on Tuesday, 3/21/2023. The workshop targeted all government institutions partnering in implementing the national strategy recently approved by the Council of Ministers, as the number of participating institutions reached 30 government institutions.
The workshop aimed to present the drafts of the 68 executive plan, clarify the roles and obligations of the partner institutions, exchange experiences, improve the construction of visions and integrated solutions, integrate all participating parties, and strengthen ties between the participants.

The workshop was attended by 50 experienced and specialized male and female employees, representatives of their institutions. They presented the challenges facing their institutions when implementing projects and called for diligence in a national and joint manner to solve these challenges. The need to set priorities for the use of artificial intelligence in sectors such as: agriculture, water, energy, and transportation was also pointed out. And others in order to solve urgent national problems, each according to his specialty.
