Consultation services for the Central Region:
It aims to oversee the Civil Works and Cables project and connectivity devices for the central region project, where the order to proceed has been issued in the 5th of April 2017 (under implementation).
The Civil Works and Cables project for the Central Region:
The project aims to connect 655 sites with Fiber Optic cables in the central regions (Amman, Zarqa, Balqa, and Madaba), where three (3) bids have been put forward:
- Balqa governorate and West Amman bid (under implementation).
- Zarqa governorate and East Amman bid (under implementation).
- Madaba governorate and South Amman bid (under implementation).
Connectivity devices for the Central Region project:
- Connectivity devices stage “second stage - A”/ the stage of Amman’s devices: works have been finalized and received, where 10 assembly sites have been installed and operated.
- Connectivity devices stage “second stage - B”/ the rest of the Central Region: an order has been issued to start the project in the 29th of August, 2021 and with a duration for implementation (15 months) to supply, install, and operate 44 assembly sites in Zarqa, Balqa, and Madaba governorates, and installing side devices for 720 governmental sites.
