The Personal Data Protection Law No. (24) Of 2023 enacted on September 17th, 2023, Will come into effect on March 17th, 2024. All sectors handling Personal Data Protection must adhere to the provisions of this law, and rectify their compliance status within the one-year grace period, concluding on March 16th ,2025.
