Digital Economy Minister Reviews Services at Aqaba Government Services Center

Aqaba – Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Eng. Sami Samir visited the Comprehensive Government Services Center in Aqaba to review workflow, the level of services provided, service delivery mechanisms, performance indicators, and the quality of the service recipient experience.

Samir received a briefing on the center’s operations and the services it provides in cooperation with partner government institutions, as well as efforts to simplify procedures and improve the efficiency and quality of services.

Samir praised the Aqaba center’s result in the mystery shopper assessment, which reached 94.5 percent, emphasizing that the result reflects a high level of service quality and compliance with performance standards, and highlights the importance of continuing to improve the service recipient experience while maintaining high levels of efficiency and quality.
