Honoring Winners of the “Intaleq” Graduation Projects Competition

Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Eng. Sami Smeirat honored the winners of the “Intaleq” Graduation Projects Competition and the supervisors of the winning projects. The competition was launched by the King Hussein Foundation for Creativity and Excellence with the participation of 24 Jordanian universities and colleges.

Smeirat stressed that innovation has become a national and economic necessity, and that the success of nations today is measured by their ability to leverage knowledge, technology, and creativity to transform challenges into developmental and economic opportunities.

He noted that the participating projects reflect the advanced level achieved by Jordanian youth talents, emphasizing that universities serve as incubators for promising ideas that can evolve into startups, productive ventures, and employment opportunities that support the national economy and enhance its competitiveness.

He also encouraged young people to continue developing their ideas and transforming them into entrepreneurial initiatives and innovative products capable of growth and competition, contributing to the development of a thriving digital economy based on knowledge and innovatio
